I want to thank you for making the return and exchange of my Kokopelli jersey
painless. The second one you sent (4XL) fit
perfectly. Don't know why the XL was so tight, like a choking tattoo. I always
wear L and XL shirts and T-shirts so that's what I
had originally ordered. Called and was told there was no problem exchanging it,
just to ship it back and a larger size would be sent to me.
Everyone I spoke with was fantastic and made the whole experience painless. The
web site is easy to navigate, prices are in plain sight and much lower than
other cycling sites.
I'll be ordering more from you and I've told all my cycling friends to look you
up. Keep up the good work.

First, I like the look of the new site and find it easy to navigate.
One thing I noticed from before that I liked was
specifying male or female when ordering a grab-bag of socks.
Since I order for my wife sometimes as well as myself, that came in handy. We
wear the same size socks, so it does not come back, we can just share the
orders.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with a matching GT Blazer short
sleeve jersey
and matching short purchase that I made from you way back in 2000. Now in 2007
I have put on over 3,000 miles on my mountain bike and the jersey and short have
survived trips in every weather,
plenty of wrecks, one when a car tagged me, and it still looks great! I know
eventually
I'll have to replace these hard-wearing pieces of cycling gear, and I know
